1. ✅ Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering, or making a purchase on ZITALYAAR (zitalyaar.com), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. 🛒 Orders & Payments

We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders are subject to GST and delivery charges, payable by the customer.
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer only. No cash refunds.
ZITALYAAR reserves the right to cancel any order due to technical errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. 👥 User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
ZITALYAAR may suspend or delete accounts suspected of fraud or misuse.

4. 🧾 Refund & Return Policy

5. 🛍 Seller Guidelines

Only genuine, legal products may be listed by sellers.
Sellers must clearly provide warranty and return information.
ZITALYAAR charges 30% commission on each sale; sellers receive 70% royalty.
Non-compliance may lead to account suspension or legal action.

6. 🔒 Privacy & Data

ZITALYAAR collects limited data such as camera, location, microphone, and file access permissions for improving services. Data is securely stored by WordPress/Dokan systems or by ZITALYAAR if applicable. View full policy here: Privacy Policy.

7. 🎮 Use of Tools & Games

All free tools and games offered are for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, copying, or misuse is prohibited. Users are encouraged to report bugs or issues.

8. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

Illegal use of the platform
Uploading false or infringing content
Account fraud, abuse of return system
Tampering with website or app functionalities

ZITALYAAR reserves the right to block or remove users violating these terms.

9. ⚖ Limitation of Liability

ZITALYAAR is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not liable for product quality, delivery delays, or third-party warranties unless otherwise stated.

10. 📍 Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, users should contact support first. If unresolved, matters will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

11. 🔄 Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be modified at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and shall take effect immediately.
