All orders are subject to GST and delivery charges, payable by the customer.
Refunds for COD orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer only. No cash refunds.

Only genuine, legal products may be listed by sellers.
Sellers must clearly provide warranty and return information.
ZITALYAAR charges 30% commission on each sale; sellers receive 70% royalty.
Non-compliance may lead to account suspension or legal action.
