2. Orders & Payments
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
All purchases are subject to GST and shipping charges.
Refunds for COD orders are processed through UPI or bank transfer only (no cash refunds).
ZITALYAAR reserves the right to cancel orders due to technical issues, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information during account creation.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
ZITALYAAR may suspend accounts involved in fraud or policy violations.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Wrong or damaged products must be reported within 2 days with an unboxing video.

5. Seller Guidelines
Only genuine and legal products may be listed.
Sellers must clearly state warranty and return terms.
ZITALYAAR charges a 30% platform fee; sellers receive 70% royalty.
Violation of seller rules may result in suspension or legal action.
6. Privacy & Data Usage
ZITALYAAR collects limited data such as camera access, location, microphone, and file access for enhanced functionalities.

7. Use of Free Tools & Games
All free tools and online games provided on ZITALYAAR are for personal use only. Reselling, copying, or unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Prohibited Activities
Illegal use of the platform
Uploading false or infringing content
Fraud, abuse of return systems
Manipulation or hacking of website/app functions
9. Limitation of Liability
ZITALYAAR is a connecting platform for sellers and buyers. We are not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, or manufacturer warranty unless clearly noted.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must first be addressed by contacting our support team.
Unresolved cases fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
11. Changes to Terms
ZITALYAAR may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published here and will be effective immediately.
