Refund & Return Policy

ZITALYAAR is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer a clear and structured Refund and Return Policy to protect both our customers and sellers.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 


 

 


📦 1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers may return a product within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be:

    • In unused and original condition

    • With original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

📝 If a customer does not like the product, they may still return it within the 7-day return window. No returns will be accepted after 7 days.


📸 2. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product:

  • You must initiate the return within 2 days of delivery.

  • You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue as proof.

  • Without video proof or delay beyond 2 days, ZITALYAAR or the seller will not be responsible for the return.


🚫 3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items

  • Opened or used perfumes, cosmetics, or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Health & personal care items (once opened)


⏳ 4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once your return is approved and received, the refund will be processed within 30 business days.

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method (card, UPI, bank transfer).

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made through UPI or bank transfer only. Cash refunds are not available.


📬 5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges and GST are non-refundable.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was incorrect or defective.


🧾 6. Return Approval Process

  • Do not send any product back without contacting ZITALYAAR and receiving return approval.

  • We reserve the right to reject unauthorized returns.


🚚 7. Pickup & Delivery

  • Return pickup will be attempted only once. If the customer is unavailable, the return may be cancelled.

  • Return pickups and deliveries may vary based on location and courier availability.


🛍 8. Product Warranty

  • Product warranty, if applicable, is the sole responsibility of the brand or manufacturer.

  • ZITALYAAR is not responsible for servicing or honoring third-party warranties.


⚠ 9. Misuse & Abuse of Return Policy

  • Customers who frequently misuse or abuse the return policy may be restricted from future purchases or returns.

  • ZITALYAAR reserves the right to take action against such accounts.

All disputes related to refunds and returns are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
