1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India using trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket for timely and secure deliveries. We do not support international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once processed, orders are dispatched and tracking details are shared with customers via email or SMS.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location and product availability:

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999 may attract a nominal shipping fee displayed during checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD charge which will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent via SMS or email.
  • You can track your order status on our website under My Account > Orders or directly through the Shiprocket tracking portal.

6. Delays & Exceptions

We strive to meet our delivery timelines. However, deliveries might be delayed due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions
  • Regional lockdowns or restrictions
  • Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses
  • Courier partner delays

In case of a delay, our support team will proactively inform you via email or phone.


7. Address and Contact Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. ZITALYAAR will not be held responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts if the customer is unreachable

8. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Customer not available
  • Phone number not reachable
  • Address issues

… we will attempt to contact you for re-shipment. If unreachable within 7 days, your order may be cancelled and a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.


9. Third-Party Shipping Services

We use third-party courier services via Shiprocket. All deliveries are subject to their terms. Once shipped, the responsibility for timely delivery rests with the logistics partner.
